To the facebook judges, the wide eyes with disgust in the grocery store, and all of the other individuals who feel as if their opinion counts in the life of my little child, you can stop now. You have your own life to live. So, why in the world do you feel the need to use your words in attempts to make me question my abilities as a mother? Stop. Just stop.

And lastly to the judge that sealed the envelope, thank you. Thank you for making me learn to accept what was in the best interest of my child. My clouded judgment needed your guidance. You provided the next stepping stone in my journey as a mother. With your simple stroke of a pen and swing of the gavel, you helped change my son’s life for the better.

To all of you, one last time, thank you for pushing me forwards with your negativity or your positivity. I would not be the strong and loving mother that I am without your influence.
