I see you struggling to get out of bed at 4am for work Monday-Friday.
hitting snooze multiple times before getting up and I see you shutting off your alarm and falling back asleep.
trying to be quiet getting your socks out of the drawer, so me and our son can sleep.
and trying to rest on the bed when saying “bye” before putting on your work boots and heading out the door.
I see you giving our son a few kisses on the forehead and putting your hand by his hand, not wanting to go to work.
struggling and not wanting to leave us for the day.
Your hard work for our family doesn’t go unnoticed and is beyond appreciated.
Trust me, there is nothing I want more than for you to be able to stay home with us, especially our son.
