simply say NOPE.

Fad diets often lead to food obsession and therefore eating disorders.
There is a healthy and simpler way to lose those pesky extra mommy pounds, I promise you. 
It’s called the flexible diet, more commonly known as: If It Fits Your Macros. And, no you don’t have to be a body builder to use it. 
Based
 on your weight, height, gender, and activity level, you will determine 
the perfect formula for weight loss, weight maintenance, or weight gain.
 
Your formula includes the number of grams you need to eat of 
protein, carbs, and fat in a given day. The principle of this diet: if 
the numbers fit, you eat it and your body does the rest.
